I am very disappointed with both the product and Nivia’s customer support.
I purchased the product expecting good quality, but unfortunately, I faced an issue with the product and requested an exchange. I clearly informed the team that I require Size 10 and followed up regarding my exchange request.
Despite contacting customer support, I have not received a proper response or any clear update regarding the exchange. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
Product issues can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. In my experience, Nivia’s after-sales support has been very poor. I expected a much better response and resolution from a well-known sports brand.
I would recommend improving customer support and ensuring that exchange requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Amazing studs , but it took 12 days to reach me which was very frustrating, absolutely horrible customer service but amazing product
